What we publish
FaultNote is an independent troubleshooting reference for Windows, graphics drivers and desktop applications. General guides describe diagnostic procedures. Incident reports describe affected versions and a documented fix or workaround. A general guide does not mean a product currently has a widespread outage.
Sources and verification
Articles link to official manufacturer documentation. The source check date records when documentation was reviewed, not when an incident began. Menu labels can vary across releases. We do not claim every procedure has been tested on every supported device. If documentation does not confirm a fix, we do not label the issue resolved.
Writing and translation
AI tools assist with research, drafting and translation. English pages are translated from their Japanese counterparts, retaining the conditions, precautions and source links. Content checks validate article structure and matching identifiers; these checks are not a substitute for testing on affected hardware.
Site operation
The production URL is https://faultnote.com. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. A dedicated contact channel is being prepared. Manufacturer support remains the appropriate channel for account-specific or hardware-specific assistance.
